EASYCAMPUS is a platform that allows for Colleges/Universities, Students and Companies to interact in a manner that streamlines the end-to-end campus recruitment drive and hiring process. Towards providing the optimum experience of the said platform, we also collect certain information about users (“user(s)/you/your”) through its website, mobile application or through our other related services.

Unless we link to a different policy or state otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies whenever you visit or use EASYCAMPUS’s website, mobile applications, APIs, or any other related services.

By using the services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions. You should avoid to use the services if you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or any other agreement that governs your use of the services.

Debit/Credit Card Details, Bank Account Details, E-wallet details, UPI ID, Payment gateway Account Details

For security, EASYCAMPUS does not collect or store sensitive cardholder data, such as credit card numbers or card authentication data etc. Moreover, we do not collect any payments information managed by third-party payment gateway providers.

Education and Recruitment Data.
Educational qualification(s), post-qualification experience
Electronic Identification Data.
IP Address, Location, date and time of access, Login credentials (for registered users), Browser details, Device type, Operating system type and version, Usage statistics about your connections with our services, including (different features of the portal, time spent on various pages or the services, pages visited, features used, click data, date and time, and other data) regarding your use of the services.
Marketing Data.
Your preferences in receipt of marketing information from us, Your communication preferences.
Other Data- We may collect other types of data from our users, such as.

We share your certain data with the college placement cells, with companies performing services for us, our business partners, our analytics and data enrichment providers, social media providers, companies helping us to run promotions and surveys, and advertising companies who help us in promotion of our services. Lastly, we can share data in other ways if it is accumulated or de-identified or if we get your consent.

EASYCAMPUS and its employees may use the Information for the purposes of delivery of services towards its clients. Furthermore, EASYCAMPUS may share the Information with its affiliates and group companies for legitimate business purpose.

We may share your data with third parties under the following conditions or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

Use by College Placement Cells and Companies:EASYCAMPUS may provide access to student information to college placement cell officers and HR officers of the companies those are recruiting the candidates to enable them to provide placement assistance to students. Protection of such information will be the liability of the placement cell officer and HR Officers who is accessing the information, and in case of an objectionable disclosure of information, placement officer along with HR officers will be liable
With Service Providers, Contractors, and Agents: EASYCAMPUS share your data with third-party companies who perform services on our behalf, like payment processing, reward processing, data analysis, marketing, and advertising services (including retargeted-advertising), email and hosting-services, and customer service & support. These service providers may access your personal data and are required to use it only as we direct, to provide our requested service.
With Business Partners:  We have contracts with other websites and platforms to distribute our services and drive traffic to our portal.
With Analytics and Data Enrichment Services: As part of our use of third-party analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, we share certain contact information, account-data, system-data, usage-Data, or masked data as needed. Masked data means data where we have removed things like your name and email address and replaced it with a token ID. Retrieving, Updating and Correcting, Porting and Erasing Your Personal Data

You can access and update your personal data that EASYCAMPUS collects and maintains as follows:

The control of your personal data shall rest with you, the user, and you can access your relevant personal information, on record by retrieving your ‘My Profile’ section. If the data/information which is linked to your profile is incorrect, you may update the data/information at the earliest. To terminate your account:
- Write to info@easycampus.ai to delete your account permanently.
- Please note: even after your account is terminated, some or all your data may still be visible to others, including without limitation any data that has been posted to a third-party platform. Even after your account is terminated, possibly we retain your data for as long as we have a genuine purpose to do so (and in accordance with applicable law), as well as to assist with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and administer our agreements.
